What is Contemporary Fitness Training?
Fitness training involves elements of exercise related to overall health and well-being, including aerobic fitness, strength training, core exercises, balance training, flexibility and stretching. Core Congruence certified fitness staff will work with you to define your fitness goals. Our certified trainers can provide you with a fitness program designed specifically for you or you may elect to use pre-designed at-home workout programs.
